Parkrun

Every Saturday morning a fabulous volunteer called Trevor arranges a group of volunteers and refugees to go to Park Run. This is so good for the guys as it gets them active, and lots of fun for everyone involved.

We love seeing the smiles on the guys faces when they compete the run – often setting better times than the volunteers – and it’s great to be exercising outdoors with 700 other runners, who have been very welcoming. Just let us know if you’d like to join in!
